Support Legal Aid for Poles in Ukraine

More and more Polish citizens travel to Ukraine, conduct business there or have commercial interests. Unfortunately, in many cases, Polish nationals face serious legal problems – from commercial disputes to criminal cases or conflicts with dishonest contractors.

The International Ukrainian-Polish Legal Defence Foundation was established to provide real legal assistance to Polish citizens facing difficult legal situations on Ukrainian territory.

Our mission is to protect the rights of Poles abroad and ensure access to professional legal assistance.

Our Activities

Thanks to donors' support, the Foundation can carry out activities in the field of:

  • Free Legal Assistance
    We provide legal consultations to Polish citizens who find themselves in difficult legal situations in Ukraine.
  • Representation before State Authorities
    We represent Polish citizens before offices, state institutions and administrative bodies of Ukraine.
  • Representation before Courts of All Jurisdictions and Instances
    We provide legal support and representation in court proceedings on the territory of Ukraine.
  • Defence in Criminal Proceedings
    We provide legal assistance and defence in criminal cases for Polish citizens.
  • Assistance for Entrepreneurs
    We support Polish companies conducting business activities in Ukraine.
  • Debt Recovery
    We help Polish entrepreneurs recover debts from dishonest contractors and protect their business interests.
  • Support for Polish Companies Cooperating with Ukraine
    We support Polish companies doing business with Ukraine.
